McDonald's 2964 Turner Hill Road, Lithonia, GA 30038

"I placed a mobile app order for breakfast. Google states this business is opened at 5:30am. The app also took the order and told me to head that way. Usually when a place is closed the app will not allow you place an order. Welp. Got there and they were closed. Please update your hours as this location does not open until 6am. I am now just sitting here waiting for them to open when I have some place to be. Otherwise I've never had an issue at this location."

"I don't typically right reviews but today the service was horrible and a inconvenience . So when I come to this McDonalds I typically don't have a issue. But this morning I placed a mobile order and when I got there they were cutting trees by the drive thru area which was slowing down the process especially when you first enter the drive thru. But ok they're doing the cutting of the trees in the area so I go inside to pick up my order. The app was acting up so I did not have my code. So the lady at the register got a manager and I explained to her that the app was acting weird but I have the receipt in my email. I showed her the receipt and she stated it's not on my screen. When I have gone through the drive-through before, and did not have the drive-through code, they ask for your name she didn't ask for the name. She then walks away nothing was resolved. I proceeddd to wait to see if she was coming back and maybe something can be done because I have a receipt nothing. As I waited the code finally comes up and I give it to another manager I believe . He puts the code in the register and says it's not in our system are you sure it's this location. I show him the receipt in my email with this location. Still nothing was offered , the only thing said was if you don't pick up it will return back to your card. Mind you I'm already rushing and have been standing there . Me rushing it's not on them but I do the mobile order because of the convenience. And this was extremely inconvenience and I did not get anything I order nor did my money hit my card yet smh"

"placed two separate orders and they made me pull forward to wait. then they only brought one order to my car, locked the doors and closed. I walked up to the drive through window and knocked gave them my receipt and they had already turned off and cleaned the grill supposedly and made me stand out in the cold for ten minutes while they made it. no apologizes or nothing. didn’t reimburse me NOTHING. young rude kids. will never be back!"

"This is our first McDonalds review and it’s definitely necessary. We were greeted upon entry by a staff member who was cleaning the already clean lobby. He even informed us of the already noticeable ‘caution’ sign. While one meal was made incorrectly, the staff immediately fixed it. Another staff member (food runner) opened a closed section so our little ones can eat and was even kind enough to engage in small talk. From the clean environment, hot-fresh food, and great customer service; recognition is respectfully due. Although it’s far from our house, we highly recommend this McDonalds if you’re in the area."

"Visited THIS location today and 2 days ago. Today, through the app, I ordered the fish filet combo w/ a frozen drink. My sandwich had half a slice of cheese, my fries were spilled over in the bag like it's Five Guys, and my frozen beverage looked like someone stuck a or their straw in it. ALL not cool. 2 days ago, through the app, I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese combo with a Frozen Fanta. What I received was a Big Mac, 2 cheeseburgers, a lrg fry, and my Frozen Fanta. I'd strongly prefer what I ordered, nothing more, nothing less. Deal or no deal, my order should be as I ordered."
