Taco Bell

"Absolute worst taco bell ever. Asked me to order then had to repeat it cause they weren't listening. Then was told at the window, the machine to make my stuff was broke. Then ordered another item same price. So they wouldnt have to return money. Then my cherry coke was all soda water not even dark. I'm sure they did it on purpose. Then when I got home the Chicken Cascadia had nothing in it but the tortilla. The attitude of the guy or girl ,not sure, was absolutly horrible. Mummbled everything they said. Dont go here."

"This taco bell has got bad. Missing items in my meal. The employees are slow and don't care about customer service. They take the order at the call box and then ask what did I order at window. Forgot my whole order. Only two guys on duty and they locked the lobby."

"Place my order at 5:20pm online, so I can pick it up before work. I got there by 5:50 and they never made the order. If you think about stopping by here to eat, just keep driving."

"This store is a hot mess of non-working employees that have no common courtesy for the customer. Drive-thru order: Sunday December 3, 2023 I purchased two chipotle ranch chicken burritos with no red chips or tomatoes and a strawberry creme freeze drink, of course tomatoes were on there and the burritos were cold as if they had just taken out of the cooler... Even the tortilla was cold. The drink was extremely too sweet to drink. I returned to the store where Ashley was at the window (but didn't initially take my order) she was extremely disrespectful and her tone of voice and spoke down to me like I'm not a fifty-three year old woman. She opens the window and says yeah, not a hello how can I help you, just yeah I explain about my floors and ask that it be remade correctly, sure says give it to me and scratched the bag out of my hand. At that point I wanted to get her attention she looked at me and kept speaking to another associate, I blew my horn and at that point I just wanted a refund. She slammed the window, came back and gave me my refund I asked for the Managers name and phone number, she stated it's on your receipt...I said you didn't give me a receipt... She gave me someone else's receipt but not for my meal after that she slams to the window and walks off. She really needs to be reprimanded and retrained properly on her customer service skills. I truly hope that Taco Bell does not continue to condone this type of behavior towards their customers. I've attached the receipt she gave which was not my original receipt and I wrote her name on the receipt so I could report the correct person ."

"You have to order using a touch screen in the restaurant which is like a giant version of the app on your phone, but it was easy and the staff was on the ball! I could hear the manager calling times on tickets. The woman working the line called me by name to verify part of my order. Food was hot and correct. Best taco bell experience of any in a long time."
