"This place is low class. The light skinned older lady wasn't paying attention to my order. She forgot my waffles then messed my hash brown bowl. I went to get my money back because it took over 40 minutes along with messing up my order and the manager faked giving me my money back. I had to file a dispute with my bank. There was no one in the restaurant. It wasn't busy at all. There were more workers than customers there. If you hate your job, find a new one or don't work. They need to get rid of the older light skinned lady and the manager. The heavy set black girl with glasses is who I am referring to."

"Every time I go to this location I have bad luck. Last time a girl who took my order waited till I came back in after telling her I was going to vape outside, to call my order. Today I ordered online and then when I got there, (it's only 5 minutes away) the cook was cleaning the grill. I won't go back to this location. It's just bad luck for me. I like the one over by Rockland hospital Way better."

"Never again. Did not order a waffle, was asked twice and replied "No thanks. No waffles". The waitress insolently served a waffle and disposed of it at our table as a kind of passive aggressive punishment to us. Just weird and disappointing."

"We arrived at 1111 and the second order was taken at 1146...restaurant was not busy..nice young man was new and he was struggling. Only after 30 minutes the unit manager assisted, Toya, intervened and said they been waiting for awhile..so she knew but allowed him to struggle and make us wait. The lady cook was rude to the young man every time he attempted to call in the order. Spoke with the manager and the only thing she said was "noted"....no apology at all. Customer came in afterwards and received their food and left. This is how managers treat new employees and customers, you will always have we are hiring sign..retrain your managers and cook...they are the problem..service starts from leadership...we received the second at 1159...1st order was wrong and got it at 1203...makes no sense....I will never go to this location ever although it is close to my house."

"Left my phone here and the cashier was so sweet about holding it for me. Food is consistent. Only thing I can suggest is that they greet customers more as soon as we walk in. Staff have been great the few times Ive visited so far."
