"Food is top notch its a shame that the service is terrible. TV is constantly off and stuck listening to the cashiers conversation over her airpods. Seems more interested in the phone conversation than getting orders right."

"Customer service is EVERYTHING! I need the manager to respond to this complaint! Train your ladies to be more professional and clear with instructions and directions! Bree! While you are at work please reframe from the use of your personal phone calls via AirPods! And cashier for you to say there is no one on site that’s in charge is unacceptable! Mr. Lee she says only comes in the morning, so I guess any workers or customers who knows that creates disaster! You can do better! Please strive for excellence!"

"It’s so so hard to find a place that has good food and good customer service. These employees are so so rude I’m convinced the cooks have to be nicer just by how they prepare the food. We all have a job to do stop taking your anger out on customers!!! The food was good ! I like how they put the stamp on there it was cute"

"Started out as a very good place to eat when they first opened. They now charge more for less and the service is poor. We ordered 6 combos and didn't get all of our food. The Philly was a half empty bun of meat with a few onions and a little cheese. This was strike three for me. I think they have stifled the cook that came from American Deli a few doors down. He made great Philly cheese at American Deli."
