"Sad to say that the manager Lynn ignored me when I informed her I was picking up my order she asked for me to give her a minute then proceeded to go and help other customers and never got back to me, I was late for work and had to get in line as if I was going to order for someone to help me. I then came to get lunch and Miss Lynn once again asked does anybody need help? I said yes then she proceeds. Do you have a DoorDash order? I said no she then goes onto the next person to help.luckily Miss Layla helped me both times, such an amazing young lady."

"The last two times the service has not been what I expect. I went through the drive thru on February 2, My order was around $60 dollars for 5 meals. When I got home 2 of the sandwiches were missing and no condiments that had been requested. I called them and told them what happened. The person on the phone was nice and said I could come back the next day (after declining to come back out that night) and get the sandwiches. Last night my daughter and I went and got ice cream cups, milkshakes, chicken nugget meal and a sandwich meal. We did not have any spoons, straws or requested condiments. This is definitely not what we expect ftom chick fil a."

"I ordered two number 1 and wanted no salt on my mom’s fries due to high blood pressure, well apparently this store doesn’t do no salt fries per the owner Paul! This is the most stupidest thing I’ve ever heard!"

"I like Chick-fil-A, I eat there often enough. The servers are nice but the quality of food/service has decreased. The other night I stopped by & ordered a large waffle fry & chocolate chunk cookie (OMG the cookie was so good!). The waffle fry, not so much. The first 3 or 4 at the top were good but the rest were naughty bits of waffle fries (see photo attached) that filled the container. Today I went to grab dinner, soup/salad/another delicious cookie, & when I placed my order I asked for grilled strips instead of fried. I was told they couldn't do that for the salad I ordered but she double checked & said they could & she would ask them to cut up a filet. Great! I get to the window & wait a few minutes & they bring out my food & beautiful salad...with fried strips. I informed them the order was wrong. They took back the salad & I waited for 5 more minutes before they told me to move to the side. I waited a few more minutes then they brought over my salad. The young man apologized & said he "didn't know why they couldn't get it right". I didn't know either but what I did know is that my soup was getting cold & my delicious cookie, which is usually soft & gooey, was now hard & not gooey (still good though). The hot food was good, once I got it home & nuked it in the microwave. I also noticed the soup was not filled to the top, like the soup I ordered from the other Chick-fil-A location I went to for lunch today, but it was still good.- although the taste of the food was never the issue."
