"I was excited to try Zaxby's for the first time at this location, and I have to say I could not be more disappointed. I had heard that their chicken was good, but it was so average that it was an incredible letdown. The fries were also very disappointing. It's pretty sad when the best thing on the platter is the toast. I will definitely stick to other chicken places in the future."
"Update: I saw the response from the business which I’ve already contacted before I posted the review and I’ve also updated my review. I drive across town just to come to this location even though it’s one closer because they have consistently given GREAT SERVICE!!! On this night I was rushing trying to get back to work, starving because I had not eaten all day… so I was highly disappointed. The company has offered to replace my meal and make it right."

"This is my SPOT when I want fast food. Hands down the best and definitely choosing it over Chickfila. So if Zaxby couldn't get any better, they decide to put funnel cake on their menu...SOOOO GOOOD. Saw the commercial, went the same day, had one and thought they didn't put enough powdered sugar on it bit after I tried the caramel sauce that comes with it, I was wrong. The portion was perfect...so perfect I went back the next day for another one. They did not disappoint. THIS time, I took my pic. Not sure if it's a limited time but if you have not tried it, Delk road in Marietta is your hook up spot."
"Zaxby's is my favorite. However, I ordered through the app, two zax meals with regularly seasoned fries and one with extra seasoning. None of the meals with fries were seasoned at all, and we had to ask for containers of the seasoning at the front. The zalad looked beautiful, but it's frustrating that even after ordering extra seasoning, the fries weren't even seasoned a little bit. The pictures below are the zalad and one of the zax meals after putting the additional seasoning on it. I've seen Zaxby's orders that have been poorly seasoned, but I've never seen it with no seasoning altogether."
