"I came in there this afternoon on my lunch break, I had amazing customer service! It took me longer to decide my order then it took for me to get my food. From the time I walked in to the time I was leaving with both my KFC and Taco Bell took a span 5 mins! 20/10"

"This was the worse interview experience I’ve ever had. My interview was at 12 and Ike the store manager was not here once I got here. He then stated that he didn’t set up an interview and that he was fully staffed. I was super excited being that I have 7 years of Taco Bell experience, and 4 of those years were in management. I live in Douglasville and I came 40 mins out for the store manager to act as though he didn’t care."

"Purchased a three-piece tender meal last week. I also ordered a small gravy on the side or just a gravy on the side to did my tenders in. The person who packed my food put the gravy in with the three piece meal with the mashed potatoes with the biscuit and everything. When I got home the whole bottom of the Box just fell on the floor my tenders my mashed potatoes my gravy everything. I called and spoke with the manager she said I couldn't come back to claim the food unless I had the receipt and I did not have the receipt but I took pictures of the box didn't like her attitude at all but went back a couple days later to the Taco Bell side. I wasn't asking for a free meal I was just asked to replace what I had just bought and didn't get to eat after A Hard Day's Work"

"This generation has no pride on what they put theyre name on. They're ok with serving you 3 chalupas full of transmission fluid. Poor service won't affect their revenue because of the location.. hotels lodging out of towners that never been here"

"Fair. I mean, what can I say. The staff is surly and doesn't want to be there. Never any type of professionalism in this store, at least when I'm there. The food portions are sparse, almost like it's their food and they're not willing to part with any of it. I hate going to this Taco Bell and will go elsewhere when possible."
