"I haven’t been to this Waffle House in a while. I went today to pick up an order and everyone in there working was very welcoming and happy! Probably the best customer service I have experience at a Waffle House in the matter of minutes of walking in and out."

"Wasn't really expecting a lot it's a WH, but roaches can't really be okay with that one. Crawling in my booth at that. I must have picked a bad spot or something dunno. Tables weren't wiped down so I did myself with some napkins but still greasy. Not very sanitary. Worked in plenty of kitchens no reason for pests other than lack of food hygiene. Hopefully I'll be fine with my iron stomach but still. Grossed me out to see a roach crawl out right next to my butt...yuck"

"My boyfriend and I have decided to go in to have a late dinner together. We walked in and sat down we waited about 10-15 minutes until someone could take our order. The waitress was right there the entire time she was on her phone and too busy talking with her coworkers. The Waffle House wasn’t busy so don’t understand why she didn’t just take our orders. She finally took our orders. Didn’t give us our drinks until after our food was out already and we had to remind her. We also ordered a waffle never got it. Then gave us some “half discount”. She was a HORRIBLE waitress. Short lady with black hair. She didn’t have a name tag on but she was working the night shift."
