"This location has very kind service. The employees are fast and friendly. Due to its close proximity, I have dined here frequently over the last few years. The menu selection and quality are on par with most other Burger King locations that I have visited. There is nothing out of the ordinary. It is fast food. It's nothing amazing nor is it anything horrible. Maybe I'm just a sucker for a breakfast Croissantwich. Sometimes the hash browns are nice and crispy, other times soggy. Sometimes the Whoppers are super tasty, other times super sloppy. Just par for the course. However, I must share a recent experience I had this week: I had ordered an order of chicken nuggets and a Fish King sandwich (drive thru). The nuggets were half the size of any other nugget I have ever gotten at a fast food place. They must be trying to save on costs. (also when I did not specify a dipping sauce, I was given a ranch sauce and bbq sauce. that was actually pretty nice. i appreciated that. they could have given me nothing) But most unfortunately, the Fish King sandwich, although made to order and was hot, the bun was burnt and the sandwich tasted "off". I am not sure if the fish went bad or the mayo (?) in the sauce turned, but it did result in a few hours of intestinal discomfort and illness. I will no longer be ordering that menu item. I am undecided on whether or not I will order other items as well, or just go elsewhere... which is a shame, usually the food is fine and the staff is phenomenal. Time will tell."

"Went thru drive. My husband placed our simple order 2 Jr cheese burger a 1Jr bacon cheese burger and value fry, the lady repeated our order incorrect my husband said no she took attitude when we get to the window a man manager was there I ask if we could asked pickles to all burgers, he said yes, he ask us to pull up and park. He brought out or order said here is your order with those extra pickles boss. We get home the bacon burger had no pickles and a fourth of a bacon, the other burgers had 2 pickles. The lady that took our order was standing st a counter giving us dirty looks . I think there needs to he some training . There always seems to be lots of employees standing in drive thru corner chatting"

"Went to the drive through this morning, ordered 2 egg-normous burritos. I was the only car in line. No one in front of me, no one behind me (not a surprise there) I get to the window, pay for the food, and asked immediately to pull off into a random un-marked parking space next to the building. No one ever came through the drive thru the entire time. Not sure why I had to pull out of the drive thru and park. But anyway, I wait patiently for a few minutes and get my “burritos” . When I get home, I find two huge tortillas with 3 pieces of bacon and 4-5 hash-rounds. That’s it. No egg. Not sure why I had to wait for two burritos with microwaved bacon. This Burger King is not good. Pictures are of both the burritos I paid for."

"Horrible experience with the service at the drive-through. I was on the phone with my husband while he was picking up my food from the drive through at BK. The guy at the window was so rude his name was Jacob. I had orders for me my sister and my husband and he made him go around 3 times to pick them up. He said he couldn’t give them all at the same time because it was late which makes no sense because no one else was in line. They close to at midnight I was there at 9:30pm and I was the only one there. He told me I can’t do what I’m trying to do like I was trying to do something illegal."

"NOT ONLY did they forget my sons fries, he always checks his burgers because he’s the pickiest eater and it honestly looks like someone took a bite out of it. Ive ruled out the possibility of it being broken off bc the piece is not in our bag and we aren’t eating it. It was a simplest order that wasn’t even made right and there are definitely teeth marks in this burger."
