"I got food tonight at the drive through which is convenient. Not a long wait . Food was hot and fresh. Tasted good. Friendly staff. I feel like I got a lot for the money. 6 bone ribs were meaty and flavorful. Mac and cheese was hot and tasted good. &19.99 Not like my Mac and cheese but still good. Greens were hot and tasted ok but great once I added some hot sauce, salt and pepper. Corn bread muffin was very tasty. This was my first time at this location and I would definitely recommend them and I’ll be back."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is my first time ever go to “This Is It!” and I feel like they need to change their name to “This is It?” With a question mark. I ordered a regular chitterling dinner for $35 at the drive thru (which was $39 after tax). Before ordering I asked was the chitterling dinner enough to feed 2 people? The person at the drive thru reassured me that it was so I went ahead and placed my order. When I got to the window I paid for my order and then was handed my food. After driving off I noticed the bag was light. When I looked in the bag I was extremely disappointed! I had a small container of chitterlings (as big as the other sides) and in the big dinner container I had a half scoop of rice with a scoop of baked beans. The fries I ordered were also half done. And Baaabbyyy don’t get me started on how the sides tasted. The black eyed peas tasted like I licked a bottle of Lawrys season salt! I pulled back around the drive thru only to be told there were no refunds though on my receipt it does not say that. I will NEVER be back again! For $35 (really $40 after tax) I should have received a DINNER PLATE full of chitterlings not a frikkin SIDES CUP! Like come on $35!?!? Y’all KNOW this is a RIP OFF! This is a truly disappointing experience. I should’ve trusted the reviews I saw that before hand but I wanted to support a Black Owned business. Truly truly truly disappointed!!!"

"Absolutely AMAZING CREW TONIGHT 9/4/23 at Union City!!! Traveling back home to Fl, We at first didn’t come here due to previous reviews… but stopped.. asked two people coming out the place and decided to give it a try! The service was wonderful! They were patient and kind w our children figuring out their choices of food! The food was excellent! Honestly, I’m not a fan of meat and I ate both the fried chicken and the ribs! The food has flavor! It was so good! The environment was clean and the music was delightful! We ordered even more food while sitting there because our picky children loved the green beans and mashed potatoes!! The waffles were delicious! Didn’t need syrup! We need y’all to come into Florida territory! A very special thank you to this evenings crews! They made our night!! You don’t find customer service like this these days! And we showed up at the end of the night! They deserve a bonus or raise of some sort! This is rare to come across such exceptional service! We gratefully appreciate y’all!!"

"The service here was so nice and friendly. The Mac and Cheese was Mac and cheesing, the wings was the bomb, and the corn bread was good. The cabbage could use a little more seasoning and the ribs were good but I felt like the BBQ sauce was watery."
