"I go thru the drive-thru window at the one on MLK Jr Dr near the Hightower Train Station & I have never been disappointed in the service from the taking of order, paying at the window nor picking up at the last window. I have even had to wait for freshly cooked food which I did not mind. Either way my food has been freshly cooked and served with great customer service!! Honor The King!!"
"You can clearly tell no one likes to work there or knows anything about basic customer service skills. Orders wrong left and right. Some items not even available at 3pm - Soda Maschine broke and no napkin's. Worst Wendy's I ever experienced."
