"I go here on a fairly regular basis but my latest experience was poor. I went in this past Sunday, The salon had only been open 30 minutes, no body waiting, no line so I thought this should be a quick in and out. I was seated quickly but that where it went south. The lady who was cutting my hair was more interested in her best friend/co worker arriving and chatting with her than she was with actually cutting my hair. She took several breaks to chat with her co worker and kept forgetting where she left off it seemed. I even asked several times for my cut to be a certain length, some spots are a finger length others are two or three fingers long. It ended up coming out choppy and high spots all over. It took her about 45 minutes to cut my hair. I went to sports clips later in the day to have them fix what they could. That was the last time I will spend my money with this location."

"My 9 year old autistic son doesn't like getting his hair cut anywhere but great clips until today the Barber had him in tears cause she was pulling his hair out instead of cutting it and couldn't cut a straight line. Now we have to find a place that is special needs friendly that he will go to and might have sharp scissors that wont pull his air out. GREAT CLIPS IS NOT SPECIAL NEEDS FRIENDLY"
