"You would think based on the location of this Starbucks that the service would be better but it’s NOT! I’ve visited this location twice and both times have been horrible. The staff is slow, rude and make bad drinks. I complained about one of the staff and today when I came in I was assisted by that same staff member and once again she was very standoffish and barely wanted to hand me my drink. I recommend this location to either hire new staff or close this location. This location brings down the value of the Starbucks brand and I will never visit this location again"

"After receiving the incorrect order through drive-through. We accepted the order and realized that they did not even make our order properly. I went back into the store to get a refund on the one item that was not made properly in the service worker. Instructed me that I would need to walk across the store to throw the item away as opposed to giving it back to him, I walked out of the store. We have to be careful in our own neighborhoods that we provide the same consistent level of service that we would get other neighborhoods. I was disappointed by the service that I received."

"I want to love this location so badly! I’m grateful that we got a Starbucks but I’ve been here several times and each time I go inside to pick up a mobile order they always fast track the drive through and people ordering in-house. I’ve waited 30 mins for a drink while the drive through is being serviced with haste! I’m not one to complain but the ticket order needs some adjusting. People are always complaining asking where their drinks are. I just sat here and witnessed people order in-house and got their drinks while I’m still waiting on mine. Ridiculous! I’d also like to point out that there are ZERO smiling faces here. It’s depressing seeing the workers look like that hate working here. They do not acknowledge you when you ask for a status on your drink. I’ve been looked dead in my face while I asked a question, and a young lady just looked away and continued making drinks without so much as a “it’s coming” or “our apologies for the long wait” they don’t reassure the customers at all. This location needs some retraining BADLY! I will not be visiting here for a while. I will go by the one in union city instead, they are happy and cheerful and have orders ready for pickup. I’ve never had to wait."

"This is unacceptable! It is very unfortunate that we in the urban community finally get a nice Starbucks in the area & have to experience such a long wait for something as simple as a hot or cold beverage. We have to do better in the black communities when it comes to service. The ownership and leadership for this particular Starbucks MUST act on these negative reviews and make it better for our community. It’s as simple as that!"

"My first experience on the week they opened was not a five star. I drove straight up to the ordering board in the drive-thru, no lines. I place my order with a very courteous employee. I didn’t think my order was complicated however, it took a very long time to receive it. I almost left without receiving all of it. I placed my second order this week via the app. When I walked in the door, five minutes later, I was pleasantly greeted, and all my items were awaiting me on the counter. The interior was spotless, and I couldn’t help but think about returning and spending some time at this location. Welcome to the neighborhood"
