"I'm perplexed how an establishment can fail on so many levels so spectacularly and continue to exist-- so I offer this one star review for the future traveller looking to save themselves some grief. I arrived at 8:25pm. I asked the host if I would have enough time to sit down and enjoy my meal. They assured me I had plenty of time to make my 9:00pm boarding. It was not busy. For fifteen minutes I sat and quietly read my book before the server asked what I wanted to drink and eat. I ordered and about five minutes later the server came around saying they forgot what I wanted to drink. When I finally received my beer I politely inquired about my meal (it's now 8:50) and was curtly told that it was coming and to be patient. I ask for my meal to be boxed up when it's eventually ready. At 9pm I receive my meal boxed and quickly pay and leave half of my drink. I'm one of the final ones to board the flight. I ordered a simple burger and fries and one beer. Multiple people came and went before I received my food. No explanation or apology or acknowledgement from the hosts. I'm not mad at anyone and this isn't personal. It just felt like I was an unpleasant interruption by my showing up. The silver lining is that they did proactively make it to go and were generally professional if not punctual."
"First time going to this TGI Fridays location at the T Concourse Atlanta International airport. I had the Blue Moon beer to drink and ordered the Classic FRIDQYS combo which includes boneless wings, loaded potato slings and 4 mozzarella sticks. The starters were really tasty. I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and the loaded potatoes which were crunchy on the outside, soft cheesy on the inside with bacon. The TGI Friday were friendly and professional. The menu items are reasonably priced for the airport. Great place to have a meal before boarding on your flight."
"Fair experience at the airport. Mozzarella sticks were hot, gooey and chewy. Very good. I love when you stretch them and have to use your fingers or fork to break it. Marinara sauce so so and could have used more. Whiskey burger just too sweet for me. Should have asked for the sauce on the side. Fries good. Service was reasonably quick and friendly."
"Very good food. We were seated immediately after we went in. Had cheese sticks as an appetizer and they were delicious. I had the fish and chips. They were cooked perfectly and the fries were delicious. My son had a burger and fries and he loved his also. The service was excellent also."
"Food was refried and old. Fried way too hard. Overpriced for the quality. I do not recommend. Inedible because the chicken was tough. It's chicken, why is chicken dried out and hard. Very disappointed. I even left a tip, if I'd known my food wasn't going to be edible I probably wouldn't have."
