That's ridiculous and should've accept order cancellation requests rather than hanging people waiting there forever. By the way, they also packed only wings and no veges or extra fries ordered. "The person who took my order didn’t say a word. I didn’t even know when she was ready for me to order. I assumed the wings I got would come with ranch and the onion rings would come with the signature sauce that comes in the actual restaurant. But with how rude the person at the counter was, I didn’t even feel comfortable to ask for it. Sure enough, I got no ranch or sauce for my onion rings. The wings are also very small. You can get a better deal at Publix or Taco Mac and much better quality."
