"The food here has definitely gone downhill. I haven’t been here for a couple of years. Out of 5 of us, not one of us enjoyed our meal. We will not be back. Service was super slow too. I had the catfish plate with mashed potatoes & gravy, and pinto beans. Catfish was cooked well, and the brown gravy was tasty. That was the only good thing. None of the food had flavor (except the brown gravy). The beans and potatoes tasted like water. Really disappointing."
"I’m stop here last Sunday for dinner. Really bad experience. Everything. Food and costumer service. The server take 25 minutes for bring our drinks (she have our table and one more that’s it). After we wait 25 minutes for the drinks she finally take our food order. Another 40 min for the food, she forget the biscuit and when I ask she acting mad because I ask for that. After she bring the food she disappear for another 20 min so she never refill our drinks. When she come back she already have my receipt, I want order a pecan pie but she Already have my receipt so when I ask for a pecan pie to go she acting rude again so I tell her don’t worry about my pecan pie I just want go. The food is not good. I’m order the pork with gravy, mashed potatoes and beans. The pork test ok but the mashed and the beans test old. Make my stomach hurt few hours after I leave the place. Sad because I love this restaurant but is the second time I have a bad experience in the same location. So next time o want Cracker Barrel i need drive to another location."

"We are long time customers of all Cracker Barrel’s. We drove 35 minutes to have breakfast here today. First service was terrible. We order 2 coffees was brought cups, 10 minutes later finally got coffee. Took 15 minutes to get creamer to where our coffee was cold. Food came out and was a total disappointment. Eggs were cold, French toast was subpar. Flavor was there but the bread is not like any French toast I have gotten at Cracker Barrel. We will never be back."
"We stopped in for breakfast, seated promptly. Our drink order was taken as we sat and our drinks arrived shortly after. We ordered a Uncle Herschel’ Favorite with fried chicken. Our food was good, cooked just as we ordered. Our waitress took good care of us, she kept our drinks topped off. Overall, we enjoyed our breakfast."
