"Surprisingly, the remodel made their drive-thru service slower than ever. Considering this takes up half the space, you would believe it to be more efficient. There also isn’t much room inside to dine in."

"I didn't get the sauces that I asked for twice. The fries were old and the drinks were not up sized. The problem here is something as seemingly small as sauce impact my future decisions to return. I love Chick fil et. And I realize the employees feel like dorks having to tell me that it's their pleasure to serve me."

"First time in the new drive-thru and it took 15 minutes from getting in line to getting the food. Worse than that the order was wrong and the fries were soggy and barely warm, but there was no way I was going back through that fiasco again to get it fixed. I also feel bad for the kids delivering food because they have to cross a lane of active cars twice to get to the far drive-thru lane and back to the counter. Saw a car brake hard to avoid hitting a kid delivering food - it's an accident waiting to happen. Poorly designed and executed concept from start to finish."

"As it pertains to the new drive-thru...so far, no good. Been through there twice now and got frustrated with the wait both times. Neither line moves very quick. You'd think the mobile line would save you some time but it doesn't. Honestly they were much faster and efficient before even though the parking lot was cramped and there was only one line."
