J.R. Crickets Riverdale

"Called in an order, but told it would not be dropped until I arrived. I explained who I was and that I was trying to avoid the wait. They stated it was policy due to the number of no shows, but he would take the order only. I arrived and was given the bill and questioned the bill verses the advertised price. But then noticed a self imposed tip of 20%. I told him I was not going to pay a tip for waiting. He stated it was policy for call in orders. I stated I did not have a problem with tipping when I am convenienced. But I am not tipping for waiting. I was denied the order. Good thing I am no longer a young attorney eager to sue."

"I ordered Juicy Lucy not juicy at all. I love burgers and although the burger wasn’t good it was big and filled me up. I didn’t like the fries so I didn’t eat them. I ordered my husband 10 lemon pepper wings with fries. The wings was so hard and dry. My husband said they must have made them that morning Lol. I said long as I sat and waited they did not make them earlier. He said fresh wings wouldn’t be this hard and dry. I just feel like $35 was a waste. I don’t mind paying but make it good and worth the money. The Camp Creek location is better and they have different food and food specials. I gave 5stars for service cause Jojo was nice."

"It was a great meet up space for our group. The problem was not enough staff to accommodate the volume of people in their space. We ordered food and it took 2 1/2 hours for it to reach out table. I literally walked out JR Crickets and went to the Chinese Restaurant two doors down. I ordered Lemon Pepper Wings and Fries there, ate the food there, walked back to JR Crickets and a number of my friends had still not been served. The only thing I had JR Crickets was a cup of water. The Riverdale location needs to be revamped Poste Haste. Since I did not eat the food, I can't rate the food! To their credit some people did get food and seemed to enjoy it and others got the wrong food orders."

"Worst JR CRICKETS EVER , wings were so soggy . There were so many feathers on it doesn’t even look like they attempted to clean the chicken. Spent thirty eight dollars for two meals and didn’t even receive a drink . The ranch may be homemade but it taste just like mayonnaise and it’s so THiCK like blue cheese . 0/10 do not recommend"

"Ordered two ten piece wings , my mild plate had a lot of feathers on the wings, I honestly only ate the fries. My lemon pepper wet plate was not wet at all very much so dry. Wings were also kind of soft"
