"0 starts and I wish it was a way to do that. I went here and I used my app to order. So it was for a free fry but you had to order something. So I gave the young lady the code. She then rudely said anything else. I said I have to purchase something for the coupon to work. She then said rudely again IT JUST SAY FREE FRY. I get to the window everybody looking stupid nobody says anything to me. The lady who took my order looked as if she just jumped out the bed. Hair looked a mess and attitude on 1,000. She then sends the manager to the window to tell me I had to purchase something. I told the manager “ I was trying to tell the rude lady that” I already knew that. So I asked for fresh food because this location is known for giving out cold food. So I’m checking my order and another young lady comes up and ask me can I move? I told her I’m checking my food. Literally the next SECOND the manager asked the same thing. Y’all wouldn’t have done that if I was WHITE please give me the same respect. I know since Covid you have to hire anyone but they don’t belong at the window. I was there maybe 10 seconds IF THAT!"
"They overcharged me for two Whopper Juniors and couldn't give me a refund because they didn't know how and acted like oh well you really don't matter. How about y'all send in someone they don't know that works in the office and see how they treat them. You'd be surprised at what you find out when they don't know you're coming in unannounced with somebody they don't know that's doing research for what they're doing wrong."
"Drive thru cashier today provided terrible service. I was the only one in line I told to pull forward waited 13 minutes for cold food and no drink . I'm not sure if it's under new management or what but it's completely downhill. The survey app was down so there you have it. Sunday April 11th, 10:30pm. 1 star is too much in my opinion. The onion rings were crispy on the outside very mushy inside.The display board is out, No receipt due to printer being out."

"First time visiting this location and compared to a few other in the area, it was a pleasant surprise! I was greeted promptly when I walked in, my order was immediately taken, and served up in a timely manner. My only issue was the grease the fries were made in was obviously old and needed to be changed out. I think they were just trying to ride it out for the rest of the night."
