"In for the Celebration Bowl and had to travel to find a decent non gas station one. Found them thank God. Get to the window and placed order, but of course the ICE CREAM machine was down and we were immediately told NO ICE CREAM. Understandable I guess, but had to pay . 75 for a sauce and ketchup packets that were provided were stuck all together. Didn't get correct change back either. Anyway it was str8 and we were out of town so we'll see next time we come down"

"I ordered the $5 meal that’s a checker burger popcorn chicken fries and drink. When I ordered at the drive thru they asked me if I wanted bacon on the checker burger so I said yes. I had forgot to ask for bbq sauce for the chicken so when I got to the window I asked the dark skin stud looking woman for bbq. She took my card and swiped. I found out later after checking my acct that she had charged me for the bbq since what came out my card was more than the total she said at the speaker …. Why she charged me for bbq?????? idk since it’s supposed to come with the chicken nuggets. AND they didn’t even put bacon on my burger. So they charged me for bacon I didn’t receive, and bbq that should’ve been free. Basically checkers stole $2 from me!!! Lol Terrible customer service. Def won’t be back here again!"

"Checkers was a disappointment. Food was not on point. The food was luke warm for the amount of time we waited. Service was horrible. The cashier responded like we were getting on his nerves. The order was wrong, but the manager was nice to resolve it. No napkins or straws. We had to ask for honey mustered and ranch after ordering it at the speaker. I'm not sure if this Checker's can handle busy times. Suggestion: This restaurant should be on point at all times. Especially since this establishment is sitting 20 seconds from a major interstate. I expected this type of service from teenagers, but not older adults. Let's go Checkers!!!"

"Though the food is good the service and the store itself are all trash. The guy with glasses has an attitude for no reason. The drive thru window is caked in grease ON THE OUTSIDE! Their score card obscured so chances are they're barely passing. Throw the whole building away...workers included."

"Letter Of Apology I don't know the managers name. But On January 30, 2023 around 8:00pm I was in the drive thru and I asked for a 10/Piece Hot Wing Combo. I was handed just Wings and a Coke. I asked where was the French Fries? The reply was that a 10/Piece Combo don't come with French Fries. I asked to speak to the manager and he said, the same thing that the 10/Piece Combo Do Not Come With French Fries. I have always gotten Fries with a Combo. The manager stated that he don't give out Free Food. I apologize for the misunderstanding. and I am proud to let the manager know that I am part of a Ministry and we give out Free Food *Hot Meals *Fresh Baked Dessert I apologize to the manager.
