"I just left from this establishment in which they did not fully cook my corn pups. The outside was warm and the inside was cold and gooey. My drink came with ice after requesting that my drink has no ice. This was after sitting in the drive thru for more than 10 mins."

"This is by far one of the worst krystals on the planet. They just tell you the system is down if they don't want to serve you. That has happened the past 3 times I've been there. I love krystal usually, but this is truly run like the manager hates their job."

"This place is trash!! Every time I go they tell me they close, but yet two employees are just inside chilling. Funny how the surrounding restaurants drive thru line is always extremely long. And I mean no one is ever at this Krystal’s. How is that location even still open if you’re losing money? Power bill for what??? Sad, but please hire a whole new staff starting with management because clearly no one cares about the store."

"Always expect to spend at least 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru and don't bother using the app to order ahead because the door is locked AND you still have to go through the drive thru Ordered in the app this morning to pick up inside and the door was locked, I already paid and I have 5 minutes to get to work now! No one ever answers the phone and it's feels like a "that's a you problem" situation!! **update** tried again to give them a chance and I swear I was given yesterdays food! I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and was given a spicy chicken sandwich again the girl at the window gave me the "whatever" kind of response, and I say okay I have to go to work I'll just eat that and the chicken is clearly from yesterday and isn't edible!"
