"I got moderate food poisoning from here 3 different times. They refuse to admit they caused it and refuse to refund my money. I went to a different CFA and ordered the same thing and did not get sick. F this CFA -- it's horrible just like every other restaurant on this strip."

"My main issue with this location is that the cookies are either never fresh (hard) or really burnt as if the may have stayed in the warmer for too long. It was a time I voiced my concern and the black male manager (don’t know his name) completely disregarded me and was rude. The northside drive location has better quality food and costumer service."

"The staff has definitely not been adequately trained on the Chick-fil-a way of being nice to customers and saying “my pleasure “. They also missed the class on speed of service. Was more of a McDonald’s experience. Food was good though."

"The rudest, slowest, most incompetent chick-fil-a franchise i’ve ever been to. I currently have blonde hair and as I was eating my salad maybe three bites in, I noticed a black hair in it. I politely went back and showed the picture of the hair and told what it seemed like, a manager that I just want a brand new salad, with the old FULL salad still in hand. She accused me of placing the hair in it myself when I have ALL blonde hair, I found it extremely disrespectful and disappointing as I didn’t give them a hard time, I just wanted a new order."

"Yesterday I tried to park in Handicap section of this Chick-fil-a employee wouldn't let me, which is a violation under Federal Law. This location has been designed to stop handicap customers from doing business here on purpose as handicap is blocked by drive thru customers; it's clear this location is only concerned about getting money as quick as they can & absolutely unconcerned about there customers. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food business."
