"Holy smokessss!!!! Visiting this restaurant while coming to Atlanta was an amazing decision! The staff were amazing and so sweet helping us pick a wonderful meal!! AND GET THE BREAD PUDDING!! Great Louisiana cuisine"
"This is an interesting place. It’s small but has some seating available inside and outside. Parking is kind of scarce right next to store, so your best bet is to walk. They serve breakfast all day and have sandwiches and other miscellaneous food items. I got ceasar salad, shrimp and grits and oatmeal. All of that took 25 mins to make. Everything was okay, but nothing to brag about. I had about 5 shrimp in my shrimp and grits small bowl. The Caesar salad was a little wilted. The oatmeal was a good amount for the price, plus the cook added extra love to the oatmeal for me. They could do a little better maintenance with up keeping the appearance of the store and cleanliness behind the counter/kitchen. I wouldn’t mind trying them again and trying by something different."
"Don’t let appearances deceive you — looks like a hole in the wall cafe but damn! They don’t skimp on flavor (and portions), so delicious. Ordered the Pasta Yaya, Voodoo Jambalaya, and bread pudding. Wish I had a bigger stomach. Everything was seasoned so well and satisfying. If you’re passing by for work or pleasure — or just happen to be lucky enough to live nearby — highly recommended!"
"This place is so good. We wanted to eat here yesterday but were told they ran out of food when we arrived. Taking that as a good sign we came back today. I got the bread pudding and I want like 10 more. It’s rich, and sweet, and hearty. Lots of soft and crispy textures. We also got the jambalaya and it’s super good. Great depth of flavor with a little kick to it. The service was ok, got our order slightly wrong but we were able to go back and fix it quickly. The atmosphere is ok, it’s just small and there aren’t many seats, so we decided to take out and eat back at the hotel."
"I don't have anything spectacular to say about this, except for the bread pudding that my girlfriend couldn't get enough of. My shrimp and grits were okay, and I only got that because they ran out of bread for the sandwich I really wanted. They also didn't have any cups, so we couldn't try homemade juice. A restaurant without cups is a new one. Customer service is virtually non-existent, so good luck with that. I doubt I'll be returning."
