O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar 3511 Georgia 138, Stockbridge, GA 30281

"We have always enjoyed O'Charleys resteraunts until today. 1- had to be moved from first table due to vibration and filthy wall. 2-next table was set with silverware/plates, but top was filthy/sticky, had to be wiped down.3- All sets of silverware were spotted, one fork had food on it, when napkin opened to get silverware out food fell out of napkin. We were brought plastic ware. 3 - took 15 minutes to get our drinks, I ordered light lime juice cosmo, all you could taste was lime, I was afraid to send back. Bartender was to busy talking to customer at bar, which is why our drinks took so long to get. We watched him from our seat. We had to finally ask the server to go and tell the bartender to do his job, which is why I was afraid to complain about my drink. 4-My husbands chicken breast was over cooked/hard, he ate half of my tenders, by the time server asked how it was, it was to late to get him anything else, we were done. 5 - it was his 77th birthday, was offered a free desert, but it took 3 tries to get one that was actually available, it was horrible did not eat it (apple pie, stale/old). Server was very pleasant and kept apologizing, he was nice, but not offer to discount my husbands meal. Worst experience ever, has changed our minds about going to this chain."

"Last time I went to O’Charlys was like 5 years ago and today was a reminder of why I stopped going there in the first place. The rolls tasted like they were bought outdated from Dollar General. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and the smash burgers tasted like rubber. I only took 2 bites and lost my appetite. And the service is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place!"

"I ordered the honey drizzled chicken which is normally good, haven’t had it in quite some time but this time the chicken was unpleasing very rubbery. Extremely disappointed because I live too far to drive back so I’ll just take a lost for tonight."

"Enjoyed a dinner out with the family, we got the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, which was really good. Our meals were room temperature. Chicken tender, rib steak platter was okay. Tenders we’re good, steak tasted cheap but good cook on it (medium rare) and ribs were good, would have been better if warm. Chicken Alfredo was room temperature but tasted good. Daughter ate the burger so I’m assuming she liked it."
