Bojangles

"My wife and I probably go thru the drive at least 3 times a month after church. The food has always been good. The service has gotten progressively worse. Today I went to the drive thru and waited at least 20 minutes to just get up to the menu to order. After about another 10 minutes the lady told me she would be back in a sec, after another 10 or 15 minutes I finally drove up tp the window, again after another 10 minutes or so and having to honk my horn to get someone attention the lady came storming to the window and shouted that she already told me to give her a second and proceeded to tell me there was only 2 people there today. I WOULD HAVE MUCH MORE UNDERSTANDING IF SHE HAD, IN A NICE TONE OF VOICE THEY WERE WORKING SHORT HANDED. I spent over 50 years in the service industry. Customer service is the lifeblood of every organization. I finally had to just drive off without getting any food. I don't think I will ever use this Bojangle's location again."

"I went through the drive thru at 2:15 pm and ordered 2 steak biscuits for $6.00, and a sweet tea. The banner on the window says that the tea will be $1.00 after 2 pm. The person at the window said my total was $8.89. I knew that it was $7.42. I asked about the tea price, and she said "We don't do that no mo". After a 30 seconds, she said "$7.42" I gave her exact change, and seven dollars. She closed the window, and I read her pierced lips, "Is dis 42 cents?" I nodded Yes. After that she told me to pull up to wait, I said that another car was waiting too. She said that I needed to pull up because the timer was running. Food was great, cashier could not count."

"Picked up a sausage biscuit on the way to Costco. It was good and fresh. The truth is the biscuit was better than places that have biscuit in their name. Can't give it a 5 because of the fake butter brushed on top. But it was flaky and baked perfectly."

"This chicken right here!!! Oh yeah it was worth the wait. I've been dying to try it and I was not let down. Everything was hot and fresh. Order correct. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding!!!!!! Thank you for a great experience!!"
