"Went and the store was closed no one would come to door say anything and there were people inside. I counted 10 customers and truck drivers trying get in so sad . This is in opelika store number 511 2nd avenue opelika ala 36801 ."

"Please, ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: Ive never had an issue at a circleK. The gas prices are better than most and the bathrooms are usually clean for a public gas station. However tonight, at the Columbus parkway circleK, when I got my gas an employee startled me, i think he was trying to promote the loyalty card. I was outside by the pumps, and had just finished pumping my gas. My hand hadn't even made it onto the door handle when I heard someone calling "ma'am" from behind me. It was an older man with out any hair. The thing is: I am a female, alone, and it is dark outside. It scared me to hear a male voice approaching me from behind. I'm not angry about it but I want the employees to be aware. Take into account your surroundings, what time of day it is, and who it is you're talking to. Please don't approach young ladies in the parking lot at night."

"I spent approximately 10 minutes waiting at the register for an employee. There was no employee in the store when I arrived. The employee was outside. The employee seemed disinterested in being there. Check your video from about 7:15 pm on 6/12/23. Today, 8/14/23, this same situation happened again. The manager, Terri, and Dena, were both outside smoking. One of them couldn't come in to wait on customers? Pathetic."

"I was charged almost twice the price posted for a coffee at self checkout. The woman behind the counter just stared at me vacantly and said “I don’t know what to tell you sir.” I asked for a refund. More blank stare. I’m not sure she was present in her body. Saturday 1/28 at 8:45 pm. Her name is worn off her name tag. It looks to begin with a U. More proof we are heading swiftly toward an Idiocracy. Circle K must be desperate."

"Stopped for gas and soda fountain drinks” went up to register to pay and the cashier didn’t want to ring us up”asked us to go to self checkout and then the self checkout wouldn’t work” then she said that they had problems with it all day? Then she was trying to keep us on the self checkout to get it to work? We had stopped in on our way to work and truly didn’t have time to keep standing there for her to see if it worked””then another cashier came round and rang another person up while we were still waiting for ourselves to be rang up””finally we got the other cashier to ring us up while the difficult cashier said that’s fine and she’ll correct the self checkout which had scanned our drinks”yet it wouldn’t let us pay””? I didn’t get her name but she needs to be retrained in customer service””"
