"Every time I go into the drive through the automated teller always gets my order wrong because they dont check with you what you order at the window. Then tonight I just went through the drive through. And the automated teller started talking to me and then completely stopped. I even shut my truck off and waited for someone to respond. no answer nobody spoke. I was waiting there long enough that my phone rang. And I had a full blown conversation. And still nothing So I go to the window. And the young girl at the window open the window and Said that I would have to go back around after coming through the drive through. Because she cannot take My order I explain to the machine is not working. It started to take my order and then shut off. Horrible customer service horrible, they weren't even busy. I don't know what is going on at checkers here."
