"No cars in parking lot, no on to take drive thru orders. Walked inside and said they were too busy with a big order to service the drive thru. No surprise they are fill for bankruptcy"

"Customer service here is not a priority. The staff is very rude and ghetto. I placed a mobile order for pick up in drive thru. The extremely aggressive and rude employee refused to complete my order said I have to come in to get it then proceeded to run and lock the door before my man could get out the car and go in. I never got my order and I already paid. Now I have to wait for someone to get back with me."

"The workers are rude, mainly the management which then trickles down to the staff. They also charge for sauce which just seems money grubbing and tacky. They would never do this in Kennesaw any other affluent area because those people understand how to run a franchise. This location also doesn’t cook the food based off of the recipe specifications. It seems as if they just throw food in the fryer and take it out when they think it’s ready. Overcooked and undercooked food is a norm here. Austell Rd needs a ton of help. It didn’t used to be so bad years prior. Needs completely new staff who care about the customer experience."

"This location does not allow online orders to be picked up in the drive-thru. This prevents people from using any app deals in the drive-thru and is a despicable business practice. I sincerely hope corporate forces this absurd policy to change."

"I ordered two meals from here. When I got home , me and wife started eating. She was like I have a huge hair sticking out of my burger. I asked her to let me see. I opened the burger up. And it was not a huge hair. It was a huge bug leg hanging out out of the burger. I instantly got sick. I called the store. They told me to bring the food back. I did was no problem I wanted it gone. When she gave me my refund It was half of my money. I was like what’s going on, she told me I didn’t bring the drinks back.she then told me I’ll have to wait for a manager because she couldn’t give me all my money. I told her that was not going to work. This the most messed up part about it. They called the police on me. 2 cars of police came. Call the store talked to a ernist. Told me to call back in 5 minutes. Now they want answer the phone. This is not over something needs to be done about this place."
