Checkers 2410 South Cobb Drive Southeast, Smyrna, GA 30080

"I visited your location at S. Cobb drive today and the older African American lady (I assuming she’s the evening Manager), is absolutely rude for no reason. I visited that same location about a week ago and her behavior was the same. When taking your order in the drive through, she is very short with you. When you get to the window, she will not greet you or utter a word. I said hello and thank you & she won’t say anything back. Just rude all around for no reason. When you visit during the daytime, the experience is so different. Why have her even dealing directly with customers if she is unable to interact with them in a professional manner? "Funny enough my food is good/fresh but the food that they told me to wait for/pull over to the other window is not coming and I’ve been sitting for about 10 min . I’m the only customer and I hate when I can look in the window and see the employees eating while I’m waiting for them to serve me smh"

"I went in to pick up lunch brunch for me and my husband and he got the biggie bag and I specifically said no tomatoes and no onions. There was tomatoes and onions on his burger. He had to take them off and on my fried chicken sandwich I told them no onions they put onions on it. I’ve tried to call several times to let them fix it or rectify the situation and there’s no answer. And the chicken is burnt. It’s hard you can’t even eat it."
