"The time on the Google page is incorrect. Said it was open til 9:30, got in drive thru at 9:08 to find it's closed at 9, and guess what? You can't exit the drive thru if there's someone at the window, which there was, for 10 minutes! I just wasted 10 minutes for nothing! What a frustrating zaxbys. Go to any other ones in the area, what a waste of time."
"Many parents and families wanted to eat at Zaxbys after a football game. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:20 pm. All the doors were locked. We stood outside with other people who wanted to come in and buy food, as well as unsatisfied customers with incorrect orders from the drive thru! Employees inside saw us but wouldn’t open the door. A customer let me in and I asked the mgr Vere on 9/21/23 why the doors were locked when the sign says “10:30 am - 9 pm. The photo I took was time stamped 8:34 pm. Mgr’s Vere response “the sign is wrong and walked away.”"
