Panera Bread

"We went to get take out and it took forever even though there was maybe 10 people in the restaurant on a Friday night ( Jan 5, 2024) and then we get home and the Mediterranean sandwich had barely any hummus and was mostly cucumbers. The Pepperoni melt was just sad and so little on it."

"Sad to see this place go down the hill! The service was late - waited for my food for almost 30 mins. In between I went to check and the lady at the serving counter said it wasn’t ready. I saw plates with food that I ordered for but I thought it wasn’t for me. So I waited. Few more minutes went by and still no response. I went back again and the same lady said I called your name a few times - I said I came here before and you said it was not ready and neither my buzzer went off. All she said was sorry the buzzer died on you but I called your name. She was lying cause I was literally right opp the serving counter waiting on my order. And the food I had seen before sitting on the counter before was mine after all. The food got cold because of sitting there for long and one of the sandwiches had no chicken in it literally. There was no genuine apology from the counter server at all. I have experienced this before in another Panera location - they definitely need to do some training for all the new people they are hiring. The management is probably not invested enough. I don’t think I’ll spend my $$$ anymore on Panera. Very bad experience! Spend your money maybe on some other place that has more enthusiastic servers."

"$13 for a bowl of rice and a few pieces of chicken that isn’t even half full. I wish I had checked my bag when I picked up my food and not when I arrived at home. I guess that’s the last time for me."

"We came here to eat right before 6pm on a Friday night and the seating area was a mess. Not sure there was an open table without crumbs or trash on or under the table. Sad how this has gone down hill."

"My Lord this might be the worst ham sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I would’ve been better off just ordering toasted bread and going to get some cream cheese on my own and applying it. Maybe to thin slices of ham onto thick piece of bread with I guess that’s fresh basil and I got stuck in my teeth and grilled cheese on top of it. And even soup, which I ordered chili, was watered down and disgusting. What the heck has happened to Panera bread?"
