"I received a random survey to rate la Madeleine on Roswell in Atlanta, and then spoke with the manager. I appreciated the thoughtful conversation we had about their earnest efforts to ensure customers are pleased. While I have vocalized my issue with the corporate decision to no longer make the quiche in-house, I still appreciate the lemon tarts and french coffee, noshing in front of the fireplace (when I am able to secure one of those coveted spots). I don't know if my survey comments are published directly to the website. That's why I am choosing to write this review and publish on Google."

"I've been a reward member for years, and this place used to be great in the amount of food I get for what I paid. However recently, the amount of food given is extremely disappointing, to the point of being a scam. I paid 15 dollars for a chicken pasta that only filled up half of the container. This is not the amount of food expected for what I paid. Disappointing."

"The staff member who helped me was sick. He was coughing the entire time and he didn’t cover his mouth sometimes. he took my cake slice out of the case and then put it on a plate, and he coughed on it, and then he still proceeded to hand me the plate and I was just looking at him. I didn’t touch the plate or take it from him and said sorry I want another slice andasked can you put a mask on or or gloves on your hands cause your coughing on your hands and you’re touching you’re the cake and food with your hand And then he got mad at me because I asked that and then he brought someone else to put the cake or pick up the cake from the case and put it on the in my little to go box however, if you’re coughing, you’re not washing your hands are coughing all over your hands and you’re touching food items and then you’re handing them to people I would assume it’s common courtesy to wear gloves or mask when you’re working in a food place in your sick, or use hand sanitizer! I spent $20 for a French French country breakfast and a slice of cake which I feel like it is a little overpriced for the portion size that you receive, and the quality in the taste of the product and especially the service because he was pissed at me the entire time I was there waiting for my order as well so I don’t know maybe try a different place. Top it there were few spiders by the jam and ketchup station"
