"I’ve lived in the area since 2020, and have never once come across a competent staff at this Wendy’s. It’s either run by high schoolers who shut everything down 30 minutes early or by multiple different staffs that all seem to one up each other in who can care less. I’ve been twice in the last month and both times there is no ice, but worse than that the staff won’t even acknowledge there isn’t ice for the drinks as they hand them over. Food is usually cold or sloppily put together. This Wendy’s gets business because of its location, but it’s been last resort for me now for years. Someone please tell the owners!"

"Been coming here for 10 years because it's a convenient location for lunch. The food was hit & miss until about 3-4 years ago when they closed the store for a period of time for a complete remodel. Right after they reopened, the service and food was up to par for awhile. I'm guessing new management and a honeymoon period in a brand new building. The last few years has been back to hit and miss on the food and service. Today I was compelled to write a review because the fries were completely inedible, and the bacon on the cold burger was like cardboard. It was only 11:30 a.m. so for the fries to be, brown and overcooked, either they hadn't changed their oil in several days, or these were leftover fries from yesterday. Whoever manages this place has no pride in the Wendy's brand, and runs the loosest, laziest workplace ship ever. It's too bad, because the location in East Cobb is a prime place for a solid fast food restaurant."

"I paid $14 to receive 3 pieces of lettuce and a uncut chicken patty… this is unacceptable and yall are dead wrong… the lettuce doesn’t even fill the bottom of the bowl I can’t believe yall would even serve this and think it’s ok"

"All the good staff are gone. Haven’t seen them for a while. 8/10 times they will get your order wrong. Even if you order off the menu. ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT. I always have to ask for it, they don’t just give it to me. I keep going here because it’s the easiest and closest place to get grilled chicken without breaking the bank. But I am so tired of never getting my order right. Don’t even bother trying to call and ask for a replacement or a refund, they will not answer the phone. Today I got a crispy BLT, I did ask for extra lettuce. I got no lettuce and cheese instead. Who puts cheese on a BLT???? And it had the saddest smallest butt of a tomato. That was after having to waiting what felt like forever AFTER paying because their new cashier doesn’t know what she doing and the manager didn’t seem to know either. So the orders had to be rung in again. Don’t be like me!! Don’t keep going hoping they will get better because in the last 2 years I’ve been going it’s only gotten worse and worse. I will NEVER go again. No picture of the BCA (bacons cheese tomato) because I threw it away the second I opened it in frustration"
