Chick-fil-A 2105 Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30062

"I’m either very unlucky or this Chick-fil-A is just terrible. I feel like every time I go here something goes wrong. On multiple occasions I’ve received raw chicken. (See picture of my breakfast the other day) I wouldn’t normally come on here and complain but I have submitted my complaint to Chick-fil-A and they never followed up so hopefully someone on here will see this. Things that have gone wrong Raw food Order a 12 ct of grilled nuggets and received 7? Not sure how that happens Raw chick biscuit Missing sauces Charged for 2 meals and had to get refunded Waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries (wish I was joking) Ordered two meals with fries, got home to find out they never put them in the bag Am I eating at chicfila or McDonald’s. At this point I really can’t tell Edit: after looking at other peoples reviews it seems I’m not the only one that issues with their quality and ability to fill the bags with the food that was ordered. Not sure what’s wrong with this location but there’s clearly an issue here"

"I usually love Chick fil a, and the food is always good. I ordered delivery from this location today, and they forgot my drink. I was charged for the drink, and it showed up on the receipt. They even gave me a straw in the bag, but no drink."

"Fast food chicken perfected. People complain about the drive thru being slow for some reason which is just beyond absurd. Step back and appreciate that if you got in line at a Wendy's with 15 cars in front of you, you wouldn't be served before they closed. They take a 1 star hit because their breakfast is average at best and for a restaurant started in Atlanta, the heart of the South, to serve straight garbage, slightly sweet biscuits is ridiculous."

"I checked and my mobile order on the app at 2:27 PM the line was extremely long and I know why how poorly run this Chick-fil-A is. I get up to the front they tell me to pull around and park and I should’ve never done that because 40 minutes later is when I got my food at 3:08 PM, all this stuff is pre-fried nothing was special order. I paid for large size but got medium and I looked in the bag and they didn’t even bother to toss in 1 ketchup much less the sauces I asked for. I tried to get the lady’s attention after she walked away but she either didn’t hear me or care to turn around and kept walking. Complete lack of care or effort from beginning to end. It’s a better idea to drive to any other Chick-fil-A besides this one."

"My home town location - it’s been a weekly breakfast treat for my boys when they were growing up, spirit nights for our local schools and a great community partner to our schools. Never disappoints. Always love seeing familiar faces too. I stopped by while working remotely to try the new chicken pimento cheese sandwich and holy moly…..wow! I ordered it with no bun and wow!!!!! If you love the Lord’s chicken and like pimento cheese, this just took it up to a level I never dreamed of! So good!"
