Panera Bread

"Great location however they leave you sitting at the drive thru longer than 5 minutes without saying a word. Even if you drive to the window they look at you and keep working. No acknowledgment. I’d rather drive further out than deal with this poor customer service"

"I’ve loved Panera in the past. We had a gift card to use & decided to try this location for breakfast. My top two choices included Greek yogurt (with fruit or in a smoothie). No Greek yogurt. Switched to oatmeal. Came out like texture of bread pudding & cold. They do have a microwave & I was able to soften it with almond milk. My husband asked for a toasted bagel. Not toasted & the amount of cream cheese barely covered 1/2. They have a sign asking for 5 star rating with their commitment to achieve. Two people walked past us as we waited to order. We were finally greeted by a very nice person who took our order. There were 5-6 people working in the kitchen. Not a one of them decided to shout out that our order was ready. Lots of distracting kitchen chatter as we ate. We were the only table occupied & I think I see why. UPDATE to 3 stars based on the fact that it was clean which is huge! (I hate giving low ratings!)"

"Definitely one of the best fast food options, if not the best. Certainly more healthy options than anywhere else. I just hope what they advertise is the truth. This location is always nice. It has a friendly staff. I've been frequenting this location for years. Still great."

"Panera Bread is always pretty good but never a perfect experience. The soup is good. The pick 2 salad is suuuuper dry and has a lot of chunky bad lettuce without any color or flavor and that’s kind of annoying to pay $21 for a meal and half of it is super meh. Will I be back? Probably. Will I love it? Meh. The cycle continues."

"Most of the time the food is great... But look at these photos. What is this? Come on, guys. :/ This is terrible. It's stringy and it was put together so sloppily I couldn't put the sandwich back together myself. I love Panera but I'm probably not getting that sandwich again. I don't know if it was the cooks or not because the soup and everything else was really good... But I had to throw the sandwich away. I've decided to update my review to 2 stars because at the end of the day, Panera is a restaurant and good quality matters. Worst Panera I've been to, as they're usually pretty good. The awesome guy at the counter takes no heat from this review."
