"The food was good and hot. Since it was Tuesday night with the $1.99 special going on. I knew there would be a wait on chicken. Wait was about 15-20 minutes for the food. Some of the chicken legs was small. But they give you an extra leg to make up for the size. I was happy about that they gave the extra leg."

"I am so disappointed in this location tonight. Usually there's a nice young woman who takes my order. I actually tipped her $5 the last time I was here. There was no customers inside. There was only one car in front of me when I pulled into the drive-thru. They asked for my order. I told them to specials please. No one gave me a total, so I pulled up. When I pulled up, they told me I would have to go back around because I did not place my order. I'm done with with this establishment. There is only one positive employee here, and unfortunately she wasn't here tonight. The manager, the bald head woman is usually rude. She told me there was two headsets on . I really didn't care because I placed an order. Evidently the two headsets didn't work. I'm just done."

"Service was decent this time but the drive thru is almost always trash. You have to wait every time a car moves. Food was good and hot. Biscuits could've been a tad bit softer but they had the right amount of honey and butter."

"The most ghettos place I've ever visited Manger and staff. Order was wrong food was cold when received it and they had attitude about fixing my order. Will never visit this location ever again. Food was terrible. Need to find new workers. I would give them a 0"

"Took 30 mins in the line to place order.. when arriving at window was notified they were in shift change and to pull back around to come back! We advised the cashier that the line behind us was at least six cars and we would NOT pull around. Never received an apology never offered a courtesy ANYTHING on a $25 order, the entire experience took 45 mins at minimum and then she argued about the size of teas we ordered. At that point I had already paid. We live in Lawrenceville and the ride would've taken forever with the kids. Customer service needs to be considered professional by staff and courtesy should be extended to their patrons. Popeyes was just 10 mins away in the WEST END!"
