"So I recently went to the Chick fil A located on Cascade Rd in Atlanta Ga. Was over charged for an item. So I reached out via their website to tell them about my experience and they could care less.I was emailed a generic pre generated message saying we appreciate you feed back and that was it.Was never offered a resolution not even a phone call or a personal email.Granted I know corporate is busy but it's been long enough for some one to a least follow up. I don't care if I spent 20$ or .20 cents they couldn't care one way or the other.Tje customer service sucked no one was willing to listen to me or even check my receipt.Have definitely lost my business even though it might not make a difference it's the principles."

"Walked in at 7:09a.m. after dropping my car off to get serviced nearby and seeing their employees bringing food from here…. only to be told that drive thru service was being offered “ONLY”…. and clearly seeing other customers walk out with their order….. Not really sure what’s going on with this place’s morning arrangements!!!"

"I ordered a Pimento Cheese Honey Pepper Sandwich. The chicken was almost burnt and they only put a quarter sized amount of Pimento Cheese on the sandwich."

"I came for a ice cream cone & a cup of ice cream, that's all. First they said they didn't have cups for the ice cream, found some. Leave the store, enjoying my ice cream & the first time I bite into my cone, it's so stale. Why?? As hot as it is outside... just why?? I'm disappointed in you ChikfilA this is the worse service & food I've ever received."

"We enjoyed the experience of Truette's Luau. The door greeter was very nice. He explained the layout of the restaurant. You can get the dine-in experience of being waited on and the food brought to you on one side or can order yourself to go and still sit inside. They even have a waterfall outside to enjoy while you eat. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the cleanliness of the restaurant. It could be better and freshen up the restrooms. There is plenty of parking. Our overall visit was nice and we'll go back soon."
