"BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! ONE MONTH YOUR WATER BILL IS $60 THE NEXT $300. SOMETHING NEEDS TO HAPPEN TO THIS COMPANY, THEY SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO CHARGE WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE CHARGING!! I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS BECAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Who doesn’t love paying 3x more than the people on the next street over for the same Forsyth county water? Or having their water suddenly stop without warning while taking a shower? Mr Amos should be ashamed for charging the people of this county that have the least to give the most to pay for a basic need."

"They are by far worst company. I have been fighting with them since May and now have hired plumber which is very expensive to prove my meter is bad so I'm being overcharged and will have to fight for a refund and new meter. Have to find out who owns company."

"Worst company to go with. They cut off water with no notification nothing. I have had my water cut off twice and I have no clue why. I know it wasn’t missed payment bc I’m auto pay. They very difficult to contact, high start up fees, again I have been on time with every payment and I have had my water go out completely."

"A&A water has terrible customer service. They have twice in the last 40 days turned my water off due to a supposed leak on my street. They do not knock on the door or call to make you aware of any issue, they simply do what’s best for them with no concern if their customers time. Both times we have had people in the shower and the water just stops working. I called to discuss and ask for a credit and was laughed at and then told I don’t need to be notified. This is not a good business, rather a poorly run joke of a business that simply could care less about their customer base."
