"I don't think I've ever gone here and had good service once, completely rude every time I've gone. More times than not I'm leaving in a worse mood than I've gone just because of the attitude of the women that take my order. Not to mention the over 20 minutes waiting just to take my order and the 40 extra minutes waiting AT the window just for them to mess up my order."

"Ordered on the app, Sunday (12/03/23 @ 2:15pm). Arrived at location and while parking, two employees got up, looked at us from the dining area, and returned to the back. When I got to the door, it was locked, so I proceeded to knock. After a couple minutes waiting for nothing, I walked around to the drive-thru window (no cars in line). I knocked at the drive-thru window, and an employee looked around the corner inside and signaled, one moment. The manager (the same person who got up and walked to the back when I was getting out of the vehicle) came and opened the window, and said, "Yes." I told her I'm here for an app order. She said, are you in the big van?" So I knew she saw me before they walked to the rear. I said yes, it's too big for the drive-thru. I then asked why the dining area was closed, she stated in a rude manner, "we're open for drive-thru only sir." I said ok, it shows that you're open on Sunday though, and that was me knocking at the front door. She repeated the same statement in an elevated tone like a parrot. So I realized what I was dealing with and told her to cancel my order. I didn't want them preparing anything for us. She said, "cancel it yourself," I did just that. I wish we had checked the reviews first. I've been to Del Tacos in many different states and never experienced a complete lack of customer service and/or education like this."

"The food was not good my strawberry lemonade was like water with strawberries in it, my grilled chicken tacos smelled weird and the chicken didn’t feel or taste like chicken. Then Uber eats aren’t going to refund me so I’m out of $30. I couldn’t feed that to my kids and threw it away. Highly disappointed I know you all wouldn’t have your own family eat what was sent to me I wish yall could smell it it smelled bad. That is not chicken"

"1st time trying del taco and it is the last. We ordered a #4 with steak and the jumbo shrimp which was 2 for $6. When we got home we didn't get any steak taco, the shrimp was not jumbo, taco was a sloppy mess. What a waste of $28. I won't be returning. By the time we realized the order was wrong we were already home."
