"This location has consistently terrible food. The cashiers are nice but the people cooking the food could care less and it shows. I have tried multiple times over the last few months to get edible food from this Arby’s but it’s consistently terrible and is hard to finish. I got 2x beef and cheddars when they had a promo going and after eating one, I felt sick. Today I ordered the “Wagyu” burger and it was so dry that I could have played hockey with the beef patty. I watched YouTube reviews of what other people received as their Wagyu burger and it was a thick, juicy patty. Sadly, mine was thin, dry and tasted nothing like Wagyu. Sadly, I will not be trying to make this Arby’s work for my lunch any longer. I’ll save my money and go somewhere that the employees care about making the food taste good and fresh."

"My husband and I ordered from this location on Friday, December 8th. The people there were really nice, and the cashier kept a smile on her face the entire time. The fried macaroni and cheese were really decent, and the milkshakes. The rest of our food, on the other hand, was horrible! My husband had a gyro meal and curly fries. He didn't even eat his fries because they tasted old. I ordered a good burger 2 meal for my daughter and I. As you can see in the photos, our bugers didn't look nothing like the picture. We were looking for the sauce that apparently comes on it, and apparently, it doesn't because we didn't get any! Our burgers were very dry and unappealing, and dissatisfying! I understand food will not look like a picture, but at least include all of the ingredients. My husband and I agreed that we would never eat at that location again or another Arby's period."

"WHERES THE BEEF. I ordered a smokehouse brisket with sweet tea for lunch, get home, maybe 1 half slice of brisket. Shrinkflation at this Arbys is real, and the Sweet Tea was so watered down, it went to the drain. This must be their cost savi g method, charge full price and provide inferior food. Corporate needs to review this store."

"I just couldn't bring myself to eat it. The fries were burnt. It looks like they gave me the burnt pieces they throw in the trash or should throw in the trash. This was sssooo disrespectful to the customer. You shouldn't serve someone something you wouldn't eat. I probably could say they were busy but it wasn't.
