IHOP

"My experience at this IHOP was a mix of underwhelming service and average food. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a notable absence of staff at the front. After a brief wait, a young lady appeared, seeming quite perplexed about the seating arrangements. Additionally, a visibly upset DoorDash driver was also waiting, adding to the chaotic atmosphere. Once seated, I met my waitress, who was friendly and soft-spoken, a pleasant contrast to the initial confusion. The menu offered typical IHOP fare, but when I inquired about a la carte pancake options, the waitress seemed unfamiliar with the term. After placing my order, there was a wait before the food arrived. Unfortunately, my eggs were not prepared as requested, but the waitress promptly and cheerfully corrected the mistake, bringing a fresh plate. The food quality was standard for IHOP – nothing exceptional but passable. The overall ambiance was what you'd expect from a typical IHOP. In summary, if you're patient enough to navigate through some service hiccups and are content with average diner food, this IHOP fits the bill. However, it's not a place I'd eagerly recommend or describe as a must-visit dining experience. By the way, the link in the response from this establishment, DOESN’T WORK!"

"I ordered a children's silver five pancake meal. The pancakes were so dark it looked like there was chocolate in them - nope, just overcooked. When we went to pickup the food, the server asked for our name. We told him three times. He kept acting as if he could not here us. When he turned around I see why he couldn't hear us - he had air pods in one of his ears - SMH."

"The food was great. Service was incredibly slow. We waited for 20 minutes to pay at the end of our meal. We were one of maybe 5 small parties in the restaurant but I also only saw two employees up front the while time we were there. It was clean. Music was loud."
