"Love the food and the staff are always friendly. But you should skip the mobile ordering to save time. They don’t prioritize mobile tickets or put them in the same prep line as in person orders. It took more than 45 min to get my order. I order ahead 25 min and then stood there watching a super long line dwindle down as I waited. 15 people that got there after me got their food before they could manage a mobile ticket for 4 items. Would have saved 20 min by standing in a line."

"My family comes to this Moe's a lot and have generally had good experiences. Our last few visits have gone downhill, with this one being one of the worst. We usually do takeaway, and from now on will be thoroughly checking our bags before we leave. The quantity of chips that come with your meal has gone down significantly, and we've had minor mistakes with our food (ex forgetting to add jalapeños or something. Not a huge deal). This most recent trip, my husband picked up his order as soon as it opened (the receipt even says 10.55, so this is first thing). His entree was the complete wrong entree (a salad bowl instead of a burrito), wrong drink, and the number of chips for 2 entrees purchased is just insulting. Please include chips for the correct number of meals. It'll probably be a while before we give this Moe's a go again. Sad because we used to love it, and have just had a string of meh to bad visits."

"We had not been here for dine-in in probably one year; lunch line for a Sunday was not bad and moved quickly; we placed our orders and watched being made; servers were courteous. We found a booth with no wait; the drink fountain and salsa bar were stocked and clean; food and salsa were all fresh tasting; we enjoyed our lunch and would come back. 11/13/2022 — tried dine in today— line to the door but we were willing to wait— got up to the area to place orders and found out after 15 minute wait, they had no lettuce; at 1 PM, no lettuce! Before we wait in line with expectations, please let us know that you don’t have essential ingredients to make your place run. Everyone has lettuce now! If you don’t, let us know before we wait in long line!!!! Won’t be back."

"Second attempt at Moe's. This experience was a little better than before as far as food was concerned. They lose a star because we originally tried to place the order through the app and then online with no success. They lose another star because free chips and salsa is supposed to be included with my meal but the only gave me chips, no salsa. Don't expect much here. This is the fast food of Mexican fare. Large portions, quick and cheap. The home wrecker burrito was good a good choice, so were the nachos."
