"The cashier was not very friendly nor did any small talk. At the register I got prompted to leave a tip, to which I skipped. They take your order and you pick it up from the window. I got a gluten free bun. It was cold and dry and fell apart. I ended up just eating the burger, no bun. Don’t waste your money. The fries were good at least."

"The burgers were way overdone. All three of our burgers were like that. It was like chewing on charcoal. The floors had that wet look but that was actually grease. Especially the bathroom. No paper towels in there. Slipping and sliding all over the place like we were ice-skating. I’ve been to one of these places before on Highway 41 and it was way better. If you want an overdone hockey puck go here."

"If I could give zero stars I would. The fries are disgusting, this kid’s meal that I got my sister is an absolute joke. This tiny slider bun with a full sized burger is absurd. Every restaurant in this town ends up being gross and subpar and I guess that’s where this one is at."

"Picked up lunch today. Hamburger-no cheese. "would you like to make that a meal?" Sure. Fries and med drink included. Billboard inside says Cheeseburger Meal $11.99 plus tax. I didn't want cheese. Cheese burger is .50 more than without on the menu. They charged me 11.99. I asked WHY it's the same price as WITH cheese (more on the menu)....."I don't know sir, it's just in the register that way". OH, and the medium drink USED to be medium...the cup is now a SMALL cup size. Burger okay, Fries were overcooked and looked like the scraps of the bag. Needed a fork to eat them- threw away the fries in the second pic. Bobby's used to be good and a quality value for your money. Now they are more expensive and quality has gone down."
