KFC 664 Thornton Road, Lithia Springs, GA 30122

"I ordered a number 13 from the drive through with no pickle. After paying for my order they told me that it was going to be a 7 minute wait,gave me my drink, and asked to pull forward. After waiting 15 minutes I received my food with an unbreaded chicken and pickles. I was unsatisfied with the order so I attempted to go inside and they had all but one door locked. the last asked if she can help me and I explained that I asked for no pickles and didn't bring up the state of the chicken. Her response was bitter and snippy saying "we can take the pickles off for you if you'd like?"... I said no, that's okay I'd like a refund. She then said, " we can make you another one, it's just gonna take another 10 minutes." I said again that I'd really just want the refund. Then she offered to just give me nuggets in place of the chicken to be faster. I declined again to receive more attitude. I had left my drink in my car and she demanded it back before giving me my refund. My trip to KFC was not to was 30 minutes to steal a drink... Not a pleasant experience, not good food, not great atmosphere. I do not recommend this location."

"My husband and I went there to get some chicken wings took an hour for them to cook some chicken wings but they were good but the place is disgusting the next week he went and got a bucket of chicken horrible I don’t know how they stay open I guess because they have the name KFC Which is a disgrace to the KFC that originated back in the day it used to be delicious. I mean lines around the corner. But anyone that goes there now is crazy and wants to die. I wish I had a picture of that horrible chicken that we got last time. I told My husband no more don’t ever go there again."

"My husband ordered through the drive thru and asked for extra crispy. We received super soft chicken that looked like it needed to be cooked more. We don’t eat here often due to previous experiences. But after this we definitely will NOT be back. I actually had to put the chicken in the air fryer after my husband brought it home, to make it edible. Don’t waste your money or time here."

"From the moment I walked in, it was almost like an Abandoned Store. Not a single soul in sight, I had to scream out for someone to even acknowledge me. That's when either the Cook, or the Drive thru Employee noticed me from the backrooms. Already, he's got this attitude that says "I don't know why I'm here, but at least I'm getting paid" an attitude that's just annoyed or bored. He walks up, I ask about my online order, and he says they never received it. No one by the name of my Disabled mother, nor my own. Only a single online order... HELLO?! That's likely me?! Seeing how the Smartphone app, crashes Everytime I checkout while adding my card during checkout, I figured it took my money, but not my order. So I went back in, after finding the email with my transaction. I'm greeted by the manager, who finds my order sitting on the pick-up rack, without issue. I'm left to assume the drive thru cashier was attempting to steal my order. He needs to steal a Treadmill or a Gym membership. Then the portion sizes have severely diminished. I mean more so than McDonald's, in fact the only reason I'm giving the meal a 3 star, is because the Chicken was finally cooked right at this establishment. I've been to others which were awful, Chicken was burnt, something was missing, but for once I got good food, but terrible service. All in all, this a Destitute pit stop. A shame really, I've been a Fan of KfC for 5 Years, and this practically slaughters my enjoyment. I'll be left with worry the next time I go to another location. Even though the pictures don't do my review any justice, I wished to display how small these portions are. Don't be misled by the fact the Mashed potatoes and Gravy used to be separate either. I'd show the full combo meal, but my mother was hungry and dug in while I made this review. Either way, I'll reinforce it once again, the food was Delicious, the service was suspicious."

"Just came through for lunch and had an amazing experience with the nice lady taking orders at the drive through. I’ve come here many times in the past, but every time I’ve been to this location the staff has always been super nice which is rare to find. Food was solid as well! Just wanted to give some love to the hard workers that really are giving it their all out there every day."
