"I know I can get my wings and fried gluten-free at this Zaxby's location."
"My food was good. I ordered on the mobile app so it was ready when I got there. However, this was my 1st time going inside this particular Zaxby's. So, I wasn't sure where they placed online orders, and there was a person at the counter helping another customer. I was not acknowledged when I first walked in or when I was next in line. When the other customer left the counter so did the staff and she still didn't acknowledge me. My eye caught the bags of food and drinks over to the right of me. So I move over and locate my bag, I grab it and leave with still no one saying a word to me. The inside could have used a quick cleaning up as well."
"I’ve been here 3 times, and 3 times I’ve gotten strips of bacon. My food just thrown together. Thought it was because they were busy, but today there was no one in line but me and my food still looks thrown together."
"You never can go wrong with Zaxby's chicken tenders! Usually, they are fleshly prepared to order, so if you order it fried, they are hot and crispy. I tried the southwest chicken salad, which had fired griell corn, tortillas chips, and tomatoes on a fresh bed of greens, topped with a chopped chicken tender. Considering the size of the salad, I thought it could've added another tender. Nonetheless, the flavor was good. If I order again, I would add another order of tenders just to make the portion of veggies to protein more balanced. Also, it comes with a piece of their Texas toast. My toast was not warm, which was somewhat a letdown. Today's service was just ok."
"We visit here most every Monday. The boneless wings with teriyaki is my go to. They were super good this trip! Hubby always loves his sandwich. He always gets a Kickin Chicken sandwich meal on Monday. It's always clean here and that's a huge plus for us!"
