"If I could give zero stars I would horrible customer service with plenty of bad attitude. I went up there and was served under cooked fried when asked for them to be remade i was told that is how they are supposed to be. Now I have been to McDonald's before.THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSEDTOBELIKE. THEY LOOKED LIKE SOGGY AND BARELY COOKED. When the rude female manager finally agreed to remake the order after waiting 30 min she only redropped the same fried. Now they are way over cooked and super hard. Not to mention how they rest of my food is cold. When you try to call the location. You only get voice-mail. Worst service and food ever."
"Went inside to use restroom. Went to counter to order two people saw me the male went behind cashier register walked away went to lobby area. The female walked right past me. They both ignored me then eventually I walked out because they wasn't trying to help me or do their jobs. Mostly Hispanic staff as far as I could see."
