"I’m now an EX co-manager there, I took this all the way to corporate and failed at that point as well. Amanda the operations supervisor is a nasty talking, unprofessional person! That is the kinda person the put in there higher rank positions! Presented corporate with screen shots of her way of talking and still nothing. That store is doomed. Especially with QT coming in next door. Guess I’ll be moving on!"
"Been coming to this location for 3 years and some of the staff are rude and unprofessional. The older guy that is usually at the register (I’m assuming he is a part of the management team) NEVER greets me, he just cashes me out with an attitude like I’ve done something to him personally. His customer service is terrible. However This morning I came to get ice and it’s 4:54AM and the doors are locked. The young man that’s inside of the store is literally looking at the customers pull on the door to open it but he is not responding or giving an explanation as to why the doors are not open (when this is a 24 hour store)I’ve been sitting at a pump, watching as much as 10 customers drive in, try to open the door, wait, get no response, walk away and then drive away. This store is losing money! He finally motioned that he’s not unlocking the doors until 6. This is such an inconvenience. The company should value customers. There needs to be a recycling of some of the staff. The store smells of insect spray and flys are always flying over food and drinks."
