"Prices were on the higher side for sure. Food was definitely fresh and hot, but flavor and quantity was lacking. Overall not a ton of bang for your buck!"

"I do want to update to say the last time I went was not the best experience. The guy checking everyone out was pretty rude and I asked for extra sauce because there was almost none on my wings and he charged me for it. 80 cents on a credit card… I’ll probably just go to the other locations to avoid the bad service in the future. I love the vegan wings. They make it a lot easier to be a Native Atlantan who doesn’t eat meat. They’re just expensive, but I still think worth it."

"Used to live nearby this place & was a frequent customer. I placed an order tonight for the first time in a long time & once my friend brought it back, there was only 1 combo in the bag although I ordered 2. My friend went back up there and was told “there’s nothing we can do”. I’m not sure if they thought I was lying or what, but I even tried calling beforehand & nobody answered. Hire/train your staff to learn how to read receipts & the POS system because I clearly ordered 2 of the same combo. Now I’m out a few dollars AND have to get more food. What an amazing start to my weekend lmfao y’all have definitely lost a customer! They forgot the ranch that was supposed to come with it too smh"

"Really expensive for what you get. Was pretty shocked to open my corn nuggets side and only have 5 pieces. Over priced for boneless wings that came premade and frozen (we saw the cook get a bag from the freezer). Thai peanut and hot/med ATL were both delicious sauces. But just a side and 15 boneless was almost $30."

"Unfortunately Urban Wings failed to deliver in my recent visit. In a town of a lot of wing places, you need everything to be pretty top notch to have returning customers. The bar is set even higher when the price for 10 wings and a side approaches $20. The wings were mediocre at best, the pickle fries were surprisingly soggy and the cashier was very unsure of herself as she said it was her first day. Nothing on her, just unfortunate that she seemed to get thrown to the wolves without any real knowledge of the menu. It was also about 80 degrees inside the restaurant so that did not make for a pleasant atmosphere. I won’t be returning as there are far better options for the $30+ I spent here."
