"Cant say I’m surprised. The employees here are completely careless when making the food, and double checking the orders. As you see here, my sandwich is missing ingredients. The girl at the window just handed me my bag without even giving me my drink and I had to ask her for it, after she closed the window. The app usually tells you when the ingredients are out so you can replace them, but the app never notified that to me and this is how I received my meal."
"I like the toasted sandwiches and my wife likes the soups. We take advantage of their pick two deals. Not much else on the menu appealed to me until they created the Unlimited Sip Club! I enjoy being able to drop by and get a Charged Lemonade whenever I pass by. Now I seek Panera out when I travel for business even if I don't have time to get a meal. If you join their loyalty club, you get discounts and special offers frequently. I highly recommend this location!"
"The manager or cashier, whoever he was, stayed in the back for a while after a few of us walked in, so it took a good bit of time to be able to order. I asked for two egg and cheese sandwiches on ciabatta and a latte as a little treat. I received some bread, but I don’t know exactly what was inside of it. It looked like two thin bits of something, but I’m not really sure it could be called egg or cheese. Everyone was courteous but honestly, my rare treat of breakfast to myself was pointless."
"The food and teas are delicious. They have vegetarian options as well! We got the Mediterranean warm bowl, tomato soup, and Ceasars salad. So delicious. The dining room was dirty though so it could have used some attention. The cushions that you sit on are super worn-out. They need to be replaced. The customer service was good."
"Overall a solid experience. I don’t recall ever coming here (this location) before, though I know it’s been open for a while now. My order was quick and my food came out just as quick. Plenty of seating on a Sunday morning before churches let out, though I imagine it will be quite busy closer to lunch time. I ordered a brioche breakfast sandwich, cinnamon roll, and a “Madagascar” vanilla latte. All of the stuff was good though none of it seemed all that special. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The only things that take away from the appearance of this location is the trash in the parking lot and the aging vinyl on the booth seats. No stars off though because it was still a good experience."
