"I would have given zero stars if I could. Waiting over an hour for my order which was forgotten about. Team is clearly unmanaged and the manager doesn’t care about it either and judging by the last two months of reviews, does not need to be in that position. Witness multiple food service violations and not a single glove in sight. What I thought was just an understaffed shift turned out to just be the simple fact of, there’s literally no one running this restaurant. Chicken was soggy, service was horrible, zero sense of urgency, and an hour for a family meal is absolutely unacceptable."

"The service here is terrible. The person at the drive-through window was horrible; barking orders with a crappy attitude. The food was iffy. Chicken tenders were decent, and french fries were cold. I will never patronize this restaurant again...promise!"

"Omg! Please don't go here to get any chicken deals check your order before you drive off also... Whoever is cooking the chicken doesn't know what they're doing.. I ask for fresh chicken which they might have drop it back in the grease... Chicken was very soggy and greasy all fell through the box into the bag .. Cole slaw was old and mashed potatoes were old...I just wanted to drive and get a refund I will not go to this location ever again ..Please close this place down they don't know what the hell they're doing under New management really..."

"The price is double ($20) compare to other locations ($10).but the food quality was horrible. Always give me the old food that been re-fry many times. Even I replaced the food and they still gave me old food that they still have a lot in the oven? I just wondering why they have to fry too much chicken and put in oven? Why don't do it fresh? U guys sold old food with high price. For real??"

"This place is garbage. I've had issues in the past but overlooked them because it's close and convenient. But never again. I ordered a four-piece meal and two sides. When I got home and opened the box I got a three piece instead... and what I got was totally inedible. The chicken was Discolored and grease dripping from each piece. The mashed potatoes were drinkable with a straw. The mac and cheese well, I've had craft macaroni that was better. The only edible part of my meal was the biscuit. I will never step foot or drive through this location again. Just closed down already, please"
